  1. Yes! Being involved in any sport is a great way to get in shape and stay in shape. The hardest part is staying in shape in the off season. But seriously, any sport is a good thing.

  2. have you seen college and professional water polo players? they are hott! i wish i could have a body like that. i would wear speedos year round!

but seriously water polo is a great sport for getting really fit. you are in the water and the resistance is a great, great, great way to get a good work out. swimmer and water polo players are extremely physically fit so good for you for getting into it!

  3. yes because swimming is a good excersizing sport.

and that is awsome that ur starting water polo.

  4. Oh yeah, water polo works all your muscles.  Legs, arms, core...... they're all used.  Also, water polo really builds your endurance.

Of course, the strength you build completely depends on how hard you work.  The harder you work in practice, the better you'll get.

  5. Ahhh, your just like me.

    A freshman 14 year old I guess.

Man, this will get your more than fit, it will get your buff. No kidding.

I have a friend who did water polo, and he's buff. Lol

It really works out your latts, arm, and stomach I heard.

And the eggbeaters will work out your legs like mad.

Eh and speedos <-feels awkward when I wear it

  6. I LOVE water polo. Got me in great shape (not that I was in horrible shape, I was in the middle like you). But it really whipped me into shape.
