Touchy question for on-line. From what I understand, it's an erection. I asked my boyfriend how he gets them. Pretty much it's when he sees or thinks of something that's sexually arousing. Mostly nudity, intercourse, yadda yadda. So erections can be triggered by thought. Often times if you touch the p***s enough, it becomes stiff and rises.
