I'm a hairstylist & have a hot pink styling cape that bleeds on my clients clothes. How do I make it stop??

A lady told me to wash it in salt, so I did. But, then I used it today and it bled again! I really want to use this cape because it matches my shop and has my name embroidered on it. Can you tell me what to do to make the colors stop bleeding out of it? I washed it on really hot water as well. It has been washed about 3-4 times now, and still bleeds on clients anytime the cape gets wet! Thanks for the help!

You must put vinegar in the salt water.  Soak for several hours.  Then wash.

vinegar sets in colors so they won't bleed
