I'm a homeowner & I want to do a 'rent to own' with my house. How do I get started? Is there a penalty for me?

I'm moving to Florida & don't really want to sell my house in this market. I was asked about doing a 'rent to own' & thought it would be a great idea only I have no clue how to get started. Do I need a lawyer, what requirements should the person I'm renting to meet? Help?

  1. i rented out my house room by room for 2500.00 a month.i bought another house and used that income to pay the payments.i now rent the 2nd houses basement for another 900 dollars which is 200 more than my mortgage.let the loser renters pay for your home.i live for free and have 3400 dollars income for sitting on my butt.man renters are stooooopid
