  1. Ask the lacrosse section.


  2. bounce a ball off the wall as much as you can, switch hands use bouncier balls. Work other drills into it. Example bounce the ball, do a 360 catch it...repeat. Hand eye coordination is a HUGE part of reaction time.

    is a great hockey goalie training book maybe you can take some hints from there.

  3. google 'reaction ball.' and ask people in the lacrosse section, not the hockey section.

  4. Work with somebody else. Have them stand behind you and throw the ball at a wall you are facing. It helps a lot because you can't tell where the ball is coming from so you teach yourself to react faster.

    or

    Lay on the ground and have somebody stand over you and drop the ball over your face, then you catch it.

    You could always do the old fashioned way of having people rip shots at you
