you can get much information in this website, stay a minute in website and check anyone link at a time, you can aslo get your answer in Google Search in this website, which has helped me alot

  2. You'll just have to start making your own desserts or skipping dessert and having fresh fruit.  It's really simple.  You just have to really not want to eat eggs anymore.  I have found that if you really want to achieve something you will if you are dedicated.

Look up vegan recipes of replace eggs in your existing recipes with applesauce, flax seed, or corn starch.

  3. You can just search "vegan cake" or something like that, and you'll get plenty of results for egg less desserts.

Some egg replacers that I know of are:

    1/4 cup silken tofu

    1 banana (for muffins only)

    1/4 cup yogurt

    Ener-G egg replacer

Mix together 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 2 Tbsp Flour,  3 Tbsp Water

Mix together 2 teaspoons cornstarch (or cornflour) and 1/4 water

I sometimes use a few tablespoons of vegan custard powder in cakes

    If you want recipes try:

    www.vegcooking.com

    www.fatfreevegan.com

(you can easily change non dairy ingredients to dairy ones)

  4. Many people are allergic to eggs so you could google for recipes without eggs...

  5. eggs are gross, I mean why wouldn´t the product of a hens menstrual cycle be gross? you know what you could do for your sweet tooth? make your own desserts! veganagogo.com has some good desserts, like chocolate cake! or you know what? eggs are in cakes cuz they need something slipery to hold them together, so you can use oil, or soaked flax seeds(they become like egg whites when soaked) 2 table spoons for one egg in a cake recepy.

also many pies and no bake cookies are good no egg desserts! or you could buy The Joy of Vegan Baking, where you can find the best egg-less desserts

  6. I don't eat meat. I call myself a vegetarian. I think if you want to be a lacto-vegetarian, just consider being a vegan. I really don't see a big difference, just give up milk and some other dairy products. Good luck.

  7. you will just have to look for desserts that do not have eggs...

    pie...

    sorbet...

    Jello,

    some puddings

    there are options :)

I have a recipie for husbands cake - sort of a spice cake that is completley vegan if you switch the butter for crisco...

    here you go!

    1 1/2 cups sugar

    3/4 cup butter, softened

1 cup (from a 10 oz can) condensed tomato soup

    3/4 cup water

    1 tsp. baking soda

    3 cups flour

    3 tsp. baking powder

    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

    1 tsp. ground cloves

    3/4 tsp. salt

    1 1/2 cups raisins

    1 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and dust with flour 2 layer cake pans.

Cream sugar and butter together; set aside.

Combine tomato soup with 3/4 cup water and baking soda.

Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon cloves, and salt. Add soup mixture alternately with dry ingredients to sugar mixture. Stir in raisins and nuts. Pour into prepared cake pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool slightly then turn out of pans onto wire racks to cool completely before frosting.

  8. Silken tofu can be used in place of eggs in some desserts, and for baking, you can try Ener-G egg replacer. It's a mix of starches that act like stabilizers in baked goods. There are all kinds of recipes on the back of the box for things like, sponge cake, custard tart filling, lemon pie filling, and instructions for mixing the correct amount to replace the eggs in your normal recipes. I've used it for years.

    It's really pretty easy :).
