  1. You cannot get a US marriage certificate.  You can get a certified copy from the place in which you were married.  A marriage license in the US is issued by the State in the county of your marriage.


  2. Marriage certificates are issued AT THE TIME of the marriage, and by the location/ authority where the marriage happened.  I don't why you cannot get a copy of the RECORD of the marriage, but it would depend on where that was.  

  3. You go back to your country of origin and ask for a copy . That is all you have to do
