I'm a new Avon Independent Representative !

Question

I want to know how do I recieve payment . I know I sell stuff and get people to join Avon . I'm just wondering when I send the Money order do they send me a check ? Please answer only if you work for AVON or yu know someone who does.

How it works...in the U.S.

You sell the products via the catalog and submit your order to Avon. Avon sends you the products. You deliver the products that each customer orders and receive payment from them. They make their checks out to you, your name. Before your next order is due, you pay Avon their portion, that is the COST of the product. You keep the rest. That is your profit. The more you sell, the more you make. Simple. Quick and Easy.

You NEVER send Avon the checks from the customers.

Avon is an EXCELLENT source of income. Both immediate and residual. The ONLY time you ever wait for a check from Avon is for the Leadership Bonus checks that you get IF you decide to persue leadership and only when you are a titled leadership rep.

Yes, you send off your customer's payment checks.  You receive your commission checks soon after.   If you recruit new reps, you get checks as their commissions arrive.  

Can you stand any depressing news.  Most Avon reps lose money over the course of their careers.  Not much but enuf for them to feel like they failed.  But only 2 out of 500 succeed so the other 498 can not consider themselves failures. /

avon will not send you a check-your pay will be the difference between what avon charges you and what you collect from your customers. you'll send them them a check, and keep the rest.
