Question:

I'm a pole dancer...?

I am learning on my own how to pole dance. I am not performing it in a raunchy dirty form, I am learning how to perform it as an art. I am looking for ways to help keep my hands dry during my performance. Any ideas I'm tired of slipping seeing as this art is a real work out as well.

  1. there are pole dancing how-to videos out there. get one of them and start practicing. they'll have tips for no-slip grips! also, the rosin that gymnasts use will definitely help. have fun!

  2. I did this to get in shaoe really fast about a month ago. I used baking soda on my hands. It actually worked out very nicely. Alos, the stuff that pole vaulers use. I don't know what it's called but you can get it at sporting goods shops.
