I'm a preschool teacher......

Question

I'm a preschool teacher, and thinking how great it would be if someone opened a hands-on children's musem/learning area that preschools could go to for 1 day a week. I was talking to a few teachers in the same building and they think we should open one together. What do you think? Would you bring your children to that for a fun day out? Any ideas you think would be cool?

Definitely.  The one we go to has a water room that my son LOVES.  It is basically a giant tub with toys floating in it that the kids stand around and play with.  It seems to be the most popular room at our local science museum!

We do have one in my area and I do take the kids.  I have a home daycare and I teach pre school to them (almost done with my ECE!) and the kids love the science museum.
