I'm a remedial teacher. I need help regarding on how to manage and control pupils behavior.?

Question

The pupils is can not focus during the lesson which will lead him or her to disturb other pupils.

my second question is how am i going to help pupils that can not recognize the alphabet and even know how to write.

OH MY GOSH the TEACHERS dont even know how to TEACH ..... sad sad..... give them time outs, those r still legal, right?

I hope this is a joke and you are not really a remedial teacher because if you have to ask this question here then what has our education system come to is the real question.

In what country do you teach?  I assume English is not your native language?  What age are you teaching?  Do you have support from fellow staff and administration or are you working on your own?  Please give some more detailed information and I will try to provide some helpful answers.

first problem -you are not a dictator and do not need to "control" your students.

2nd problem -you have forgotten to ask your principal and peers for guidance.

3rd problem -get some remediation for yourself.  you cannot expect any student to "know how to write" if you cannot create a sentence without errors.
