I'm a senior in high school, and my parents say it's to late for me to get a scholarship. Is that true?

lol, aren't they wrong.....

I got 3 scholarships as a sophomore in college. Some scholarships aren't even available to people unless they already have a degree.

no, you can try to get scholarships  

but check first with your school counselor then search on the internet but beware any sites that ask for money to help you find scholarships

also, if you cannot find any then go to community college and apply for financial aid    visit FASA website for information about federal financial aid (for the U.S.)

note: most scholarships care more about community service than about stellar grades

No way!  Actually, most scholarships are for seniors and only seniors.

Get applying!  Check out Fastweb.com for one source, but there are many others.

No, it's not true.

You can get scholarships even if you're already going to college.  There are different rules and qualifications for different scholarships, so you just have to find the ones that you can apply for :)

im sophomore so i wouldnt really know but i do have senior friends well just ask your consoler and teachers about and besides most scholarships go to seniors only just get good grades join groups and clubs or sports and youll probably get one your parents are probably just trying to scare you into getting it so just get good grades and join stuff and you should get one and besides they need to look at your GPA so yeah.. being a senior doesnt make difference
