  1. I bought some Risport skates at the weekend.  I am size 5.5 UK, or 38/39 EU.  My skates are size 25.5 as they are measured in millimetres.

  2. I'd go to your local skating pro shop to be sized for skates in the U.S. sizing. I'd suggest getting sized because each brand and model of skates run differently in how they fit so depending on what skates (brand and model) you are planning on buying will depend on what size you should buy. I'd talk to the pro shop about what size you would need in the U.S. sizing for skates. Good luck!

  3. US 7

  4. If you're a male, then a European 39 is a U.S.  size 7. If you are a female, then you're a U.S. size 8 1/2.

  5. It really depends. Generally it would be around a 5-6 UK, but youd really have to go into a store, try some on, and see how they feel. Different brands run sizes differently. Some people might find jacksons run small, others might think they run big. Who knows.

My shoe size is 6 1/2 in one foot and 6 in the other, and my jackson skates are 6. So in this case they are they same.

But before that when i had riedells (NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL) my size was 5 but i had like 7s in my skates...

  6. hey, if i was you, i would get the next sixe up then you would normally wear.. so in UK if you were a size 5 you would have to buy a size 6. You can ask the owner of were you are buying the skates at (if its a shop) if you can try them on. Or you can check this site out -http://www.icewarehouse.com/icesizechart...

Hope this helps. Enjoy your skates! :P

  7. One size up in US measurements - you'd need size 6
