  2. SORRY YOU CANT SPOT REDUDE. YOU GOTTA DO CARDIO, SOME RESISTANCE TRAINING TO TONE YOUR MUSCLES. AND HAVE A GOOD HEALTHY DIET

  3. The first poster is correct - you cannot really spot-reduce fat. You would need to do intense cardio in order for your body weight to dip below a certain overall percentage and that's when you'll see the fat melt away.

    However; if you are semi-close to your ideal state with your thighs, you can always practice Pilates. It's a great exercise for toning and lengthening out muscles.

  4. a little thigh fat is actually nice,.. i prefer it..I say keep it,.. however,. i dont know what level your fat is at, so if its like super fatty, then you gotta do hamstring and quad exercises.

    lunges with dumbells in each hand and squats are the best for that.
