Do some research and find an American broker that meets your needs, and they'll help you get set up with the IRS (the tax people).

Check with your local tax authorities to see if it's worth investing abroad, though.  You will owe taxes here, and if you would also owe taxes in your country, it might make it tough to make any real return.

I am a option trader that using Think or Swim. Which give you a real time trading platform. My self are not US citizen or live at US. Now a days a lot of US brokers are allow to have international customers.
