I'm a surfer but I'm terrified of Jellyfish?

What can I do to get over my fear as I am going to greece and I'm scared of going in the water :S

  1. There is a sunscreen that offers some protection from jellyfish. I saw some at the airport.


  2. Invest in a wet suit which should protect you from stings

    just face your fear, it's the only way to get over it.

  4. I am terrified of things stinging me but i have been to Greece many times and only once have i ever seen a jellyfish so i think you will be OK really because i use to live in the water. England is worse we have jellyfish washed up all over my beach at the moment its terrible!

  5. wear a wet suit, Auss stile , they look pro and cool, and it will protect you,job done , they ain't cheep, and even in the med the eater is cold, but if its a phobia, a good bit of body Armour will protect you

  6. swim with a few and build up they aren't all that scary too you are they most of them don't hurt you

    you just have to face your fear, like any other fear

  9. Jellyfish aren't that bad, they hurt but not too awefully bad. Just don't get stung by a portugese man of war they can kill.
