Buy waterproof athletic tape and tape them down before each even you swim. I know it sounds odd but if you're embarrassed it's the only way I've found to fix the problem

yeah, i know what you mean. you may have to use aquatic tape like i do. but one thing i learned is not to be embarrassed. it's normal.

get a bathing suit with a thicker top. Lots of them are lined. Honey, this is part of being a female. Anytime you get sold this happens.

Find a way to incorporate them into your swimsuit. Put little propellers or fans on them, or even use them as rudders to help your steering.

you can't help that. Your nipples become hard/erect when cold or turned on...it's natural.
