1. ur 4'13 :s lol wtf

    that means your 5'1

every 12 inches is one foot

  2. your resl young just take protein drinks and workout you will be fine just take it nice and slow your be fit by the time your m age

  3. I totally understand, i was there before.

genetics play a major role and u can't do much about it

try going to the gym and gaining muscle it will give u a thicker appearance and its good for you

but be careful what you eat even though you can prob. slam down big macs w/out gaining anything, u still can get cellulite not to mention heart problems.

Just accept the fact your fabulous regardless

  4. dont! you'll be made fun of more if you're heavier. trust me, im the one makin fun of people. you're fine, you just need to dress more appropriate to your figure

  5. At 5'1 (or 4'13) your ideal weight would be 105 lbs so above 125 lbs could be regarded as overweight and below 85 lbs could be regarded as underweight. Your weight is OK.

If you want to gain some weight a late night supper every day would help as you burn up very few calories in your sleep. Plenty of fattening nuts would also help.

  6. Im pretty sure your wanting to gain good weight right? Your not trying to look like the chick from Norbit or anything. Since your trying to gain curves your gonna need to gain muscle in those certain areas. Go to the gym, get a trainer or read about weight lifting online, and get on a high protein healthy diet.

  7. you could possibly take a supplement called quick mass... people who want to gain lean muscle mass take this.. each serving is about 1000 calories and 56 grams of protien!!! ... otherwise, eat stuff with alot of carbs like pasta and bread.. the body takes longer to digest that and therefore it stays in your body longer and produces sugars which make you gain wait.. thats why people trying to lose weight always watch hot many carbs they eat.

  8. so ur 5' 1" not 4' 13"

well if the girls at school are hotter than you become hotter or go for lesser good looking guys

  9. If your doctor says you're perfect don't gain weight. You will regret it in the future when you will gain weight from the littlest things. Be happy. You are skinny. If you insist, though, gain muscle mass through sports and exercising. That is the only healthy way.

  10. don't gain weight you'll regret it. im 4'11 and i weigh 85lbs and at my school im considered fat

  11. Ignore all the boobies out there. I bet you're beautiful the way you are. :)

But a way to gain weight is to eat a lot of calories and not burning them out, meaning not doing any exercises at all. But 100lbs is amazing. I'm 14 and im 5'2, and i weigh more than you. xD

  12. add about an extra 500 calories to your current diet.

  13. First of all, you are the first person on here that I've seen who want to gain weight. Consider yourself lucky. My brother is really skinny. He eats a very large healthy diet and drinks cream and protein shakes. You could do the same and work out to tone and build a bit of muscle. The best thing you can do for yourself is be healthy and learn to like yourself instead of worrying about how everyone else looks.

  14. exercise daily, or you will gain when you get older.

  15. you still want to be healthy so eat lots of meat like steak or ribs and eat rice with soysauce

  16. Well its easy

       Eat McDonalds

  17. Just try to eat more foods that contain a lot of protein (meats, fish, etc.) If you really want to gain more weight then start working out. Lifting weights and sit ups, muscle weighs more than fat

  18. If you're 5'1" and weigh 100 lbs, you've got a normal BMI. If you want to gain some weight, try eating more protein and lifting weights. Building muscle increases weight, but it doesn't necessarily make you look overweight.
