Hi! :) I'm sixteen, a junior in high school, and play lacrosse and field hockey. I'm already in my first week of field hockey practices from 9-4 every day. I want to be able to keep up my energy for the practices, the fall season and of course, in spring when I start lacrosse. But..I don't know what to eat! I really don't like to eat meat, so I'm limited on that. What are some good things I could eat so that my body's in top shape for my team?
