I'm a teenager and i want to lose weight on my thighs and do you like this song ?

this is two different questions

i have big thighs and i want to to have weight taken away from my thighs but bot but medicine or anything like that help please.

Look into going out for a sport at your high school.  You don't have to be the best to enjoy daily physical activity and you'll probably make new friends that can help you enjoy a healthy lifestyle.  Also try to cut out junk food, soda, etc. from your diet.  I know when I was a teenager, I subsisted on Oreos and Pepsi.  As I got older (now in my mid 20s) that type of diet really sabotaged my health.  If you can get into a healthy lifestyle now, it will benefit you for years to come.  

    I would look into sports like track, soccer, or basketball.  Anything where you have a sustained high heart rate.  

    And...I've never been a fan of Jason Mraz.  

  3. ahhh i love that song and things like biking and running and leg work outs will sadly make your legs bulk up with muscle but if you have fat on them it will tone them personally to not bulk up i just eat little and dont exercise so that i dont gain muscle although sometimes i'll do some pilates or yoga just to stretch them out and make them leaner that might help

  5. You are smart not to want to resort to medicine. In order to lose weight safely and keep it off is good ol' fashioned diet and exercise. When I say diet, though I mean a lifestyle of eating healthy foods, and controlling your portions. You must incorporate proper eating habits with exercise. Even just daily moderate movement is better than nothing. Take the dog for a walk, or if you don't have a dog, take your neighbor's dog for a walk and make some money at the same time. After exercise, reward yourself with a healthy snack, like a home made all fruit smoothie, or an after workout protein muscle builder.

    There is a lot to learn about weight management, but since you are young, you've got lots of time to develop good habits of eating right and being active.

  6. im also a teenager facing the same problem as yourself.

    and to the person who says your too young, shut your face...all that kids hear is that childhood obesity it too common aand kids need to be more active but now your saying that were too young to loose weight?

    maybe you should just keep your mouth shutt.

    anyway back to your question :)

    ive been walking/running alot but thats just been building up muscle not necessarily thinning them out.

    so it hasnt been too much of a help.

    i dont think its easy to loose weight on a specific body part, just daily exercise and a good diet

  8. First of all, I should tell you that there is NO such thing as 'spot training!' You can't lose weight from your stomach by doing hundreds or thousands of situps!

    Your body will burn fat from wherever it's programmed to do so.
