  1. I know for a fact that if you drink cold water a lot, like ALL day EVERY day, you loose wait and it drains out your body so you are healthier. :))


  2. Run...a lot. I could also give you advice on diets, however if you're "average" then they probably won't do much. There are starvation diets that would work, but are horribly unhealthy.

    Although I know people who just randomly started to run like 2 miles a day and they got thin pretty fast, and not even unhealthy looking, just thin. Actually I'm not even sure if they really lost weight, but they did LOOK thinner though.

  3. i'll give you my advice every time your hungry drink water and don't eat mayo,foods that have a lot of grease and any junk food but eat lots of vegetables if your still a bit hungry after drinking water try to exercise but if exercise make you eat more food just to things like drawing and stuff so you could keep your mind of food i hope my advice helped and hopfully you'll lose 20 pound  

  4. I should tell you to eat a healthy 3-5 meals a day get all your nutrients , take up a sport and stick to it. but if you want it gone

    fast i just suggest you stop eating. You'll loose the weight supper quick... but once it's lost you do have to watch yourself so you dont put it all back on.  

  5. Get a bicycle, i went down from 145 to 120 riding my bike around town and in trails about 5-6 hours a day, trust me, it works, and it only took about a week to a month to do, well, it depends, i rode from 7am to 7pm for a whole week.

    Are you still growing?

    If you are threw growing, and way overweight, you can try to lose 2 lbs per week.  If you are within 5 to 15 lbs of your weight that you should be, your goal should be much less such as .5 to 1 lb per week.

    If your still growing, things change up a lot as you dont want to hurt your body by trying to lose weight.  A better goal would be to do life style changes and grow into your weight with your increasing height.

    Remember, calories in minus calories out is good if that number is negative, but if you take it too far you will hurt yourself!!!

    You can figure out roughly what your BMR is by many different calculators online.

    Once you get that, you need to figure out your normal activity and add it to your BMR.

    Then finally, add your exercise calories.

    If you are not eating enough calories based on your current weight and activity level, you will end up burning muscle instead of fat (your ultimate goal).  Burning muscle hurts you cause you will lower your metabolism and burn less calories in a day!  It takes work for your body to keep muscle (repairing it and building it), so it is the first to go if your body thinks its not getting enough calories!

    Try going to www.myfitnesspal.com the forum on there has excellent advice and the whole program does a really good in helping you be away of how many calories your putting in and how many you should be burning off!

    I have a few of my “close to overweight” Marines on it and it has worked wonders for them!  Including two that are having a tough time losing their weight after a pregnancy!!!

Working out . . . a lot.  And monitor what and how much you eat.  Fad diets don't work.  It is a simple equation of calories in vs. calories burned.  Burn more than you take in.  If you want to do it fast, two hours a day at the gym every day.  1 hour of weights and 1 hour of cardio.  If you work out that much you won't even have to change your eating habits very much to see a big difference in about a month.

    I know it sounds outrageous but that's how to do it.

  8. easy.  stop drinking coffee, soda, tea and energy drinks and just drink water.  by drinking water your body will get it's entire need and if you continue to drink it your body will stop storing fat(kinda like camels can go long periods without water and they store fat in the humps).  by getting rid of calories and fat from drinks and drinking plenty of water to where your body stops storing fat you will start to lose weight without excricise and just this minor change to diet. some people have even been known to lose over 20 lbs this way.  hope this helps

  9. I agree with the earlier posting, you left out some vital information. You may be growing still, or have unhealthy habits, or be inactive, etc. To loose 20 lbs quickly in a healthy manner that will keep it off cannot be done, habits are called habits for a reason.

    Try this though to help you break them and replace them with GOOD habits- write down everything you eat, BEFORE you do and then AFTER, be sure to include what time and how much.

    Give yourself small goals, such as daily ones like "I will make sure to eat 5 servings of vegetable before I eat a sweet" and try to accomplish that, write it down the beginning of the day and see what you accomplished at the end of the day.

    Be very honest and realistic with yourself about your goals and the small steps you take, set your sights on making small changes to loose just 5 lbs, and if you find that you are comfortable with those changes and have made them habits, after 5 lbs go for another 5 with another set of small healthy changes.

    I was a soccer player in high school and college, and when I stopped, my appetite didn't stop so I was still able to scarf down a whole pizza but unable to do so after soccer without gaining weight, so I had to either change my eating habits or somehow run at least 5 miles a day to be able to eat like a 6 foot 200 lb man while staying fit!

  13. take a couple table spoonful of apple cider venigar before each meal and you will lose weight. it block the calories so you cant gain and it actually help you lose weight.
