so I mainly eat fruits and vegetables. Well only really.

I workout and I want to include a yummy protein shake in my diet.

what meal should I replace?

  1. You shouldn't replace any of your meals. Just add the shake into your diet. The healthiest thing to do is vary your meals and simply eating fruits and veggies is not healthy actually, because you are depriving your body of other nutrients it needs. If you are not eating meat, dairy, or any other animal by product than yes, you are vegan.
