I am a vegan and I have environmental allergies (mold, grass, pollen, etc...).

I need to take something for it, but I don't know what. I do not want a prescription, I want something as natural as possible.

I have to get my sneezing and constant nose blowing to go away!

  1. Its obvious that you have hayfever and there are many herbal and homeopathic remedies that can help like sambucus and nettles. For free online advice, go to the link below ....

  2. Echinacea, goldenseal, raw local honey, and eucalyptus oil in a diffuser.

  3. Try the herb Butterbur.  Its been shown to be just as effective as Allegra and Zyrtec without the side effects.  Just be sure to find one that does not have pyrrolizidine alkaloids as these are toxic compounds that can damange your liver.  Most commercial supplements already have this removed.

Enzymatic Therapy is a good brand that markets it under the name "Petadolex."  It could say that it's good for migrane headaches too, so don't get confused.  So long as it is still Butterbur, its the same!

  4. It's quite possible you have a gluten (wheat) intolerance, or a soy one, and cutting either of those two out could go a long way to making the other allergies dissappear.  Lactose can also do that, but if you're a true vegan that's probably not applicable.

You might also want to check if you have a sinus infection/chronic sinusitus.

Odds are your problem is one of the preceeding, and if you can deal with taht aspect of it, then you won't need to do anything complex to cure it.

Theres also the possibility there's some toxin in your environment which is causing the problem, but this is a bit harder to address, since there are many possible candidates, and testing for each one is time consuming etc.  However, if nothing in the first list works, you might want to look into this one too.
