  1. celery sticks with hummus

  2. A hummus sandwich with whatever vegetables you have.  Avocado, tomato, lettuce... whatever and the hummus is a good source of protein.  Make a big pot of pasta with whole grain noodles, or soup (both with veggie meat for protein) and you can just heat it in the microwave in minutes.

  3. Do you mean for eating out?  If you do I love the Veggie Delite subs on wheat you can get at Subway, you can get any combo of veggies, dressing and cheese that you want on it, and it's really filling too.  If you're eating at home, hummus is really good on a wrap or with veggies.

  4. Cheese and ketchup sandwich. (It sounds gross, but it's really good!)

Cheese and pickle sandwich. (Again, it sounds gross, but it tastes great! I would recommend using sweet pickles.)

    Any kind of wrap.

The classic peanut butter and jelly.

Make sure whatever you make is made on whole-wheat bread or a whole wheat tortilla. Good luck!

  5. spighetti, vegee sandwich, nachos, cheese quesadilla, cereal and milk, mac and cheese, soup, pizza.

  6. peanut butter and banana sandwich!

    bowl of fruit!

    make something fun using toffu!

bake potato! (add something to it)

  7. Boca meatless 'chicken' patties or Boca burgers...they are made with soy beans and taste GREAT!

  8. I am also a vegetarian and I need to actually pack lunches everyday. I found a really great website called vegetarianlunchbox.com

You get to decide what kind of meal you want and what fillings you want for what.

  9. You may want to try this vegetarian sandwich spread:  http://www.ehow.com/how_4482234_vegetari...

  10. hmmm.. carrot or celery sticks
