  1. Suit yourself. What you eat is your decision, and no one else's business.

  2. You may be low on iron. Your body craves what it needs. Try some spinach, spinach is very high in iron and is vegetarian. =)

  3. try to find some nice alternatives, like for instance when my friend tried out being a vegetarian she ate these things, they looked alot like chicken nuggets but they were made out of beans and something else, I'm not saying that is the alternitive to meat, i understand its very hard to give up something that our body craves so much but as someone else who already answered your question said go on peta.com for motivation it is very brave of you to commit to vegitarionism  keep up the good work champion :P

  4. dont give in if you do people will think that you cant stick to anything

  5. If you truly are satisfied without eating meat then don't give in tofu is a great alternative. Try some vegeterian restaurants.

  6. this happens to me whenever i feel like that i go to peta.com and watch the videos of animals dying. ha ha yeah it works every time.

  7. your body is telling you to eat the meat.  its the right thing to do. just eat the meat already.

  8. Go beat the c**p out of your dog, video it, send it to P.E.T.A. and they'll give you endorsements for it and tell you the secrets of vegetarianism...It's not like you don't get enough of that c**p from the website already...

Let's just wait for the thumbs down :)

  9. I get the same way sometimes, basically anytime I drive past an Arbys (those roast beef sandwiches are to die for, haha).  The important thing is to listen to your body, generally it knows what it needs, and maybe you just need some more protein.  Try making some hearty vegetarian chili, or black bean soup!  Heck get that Boca burger out of your freezer and put lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, whatever and shove it down!  Just think strong, be strong!

  10. Maybe you are lacking something in your diet (IE protein?) that is found in the meat you are craving. I say trust your body/instincts, or, just make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need to stay healthy

  11. EAT MEAT

if your craving it, that means your body needs nutrients or something in it that you're denying it. A cheeseburger wont kill you :)

  12. Usually when our bodies crave certain foods it's because we are lacking something that we need, that the certain food provides. Why not try a little of it, you may like it, I understand your convictions, but that's nature honey, the bigger animal eats the weaker, if it could eat you then it would.

  13. well when your body laks somthin i gives you urges to tell you that thats what you need so you should atleast have alitle

  14. well are you like in a cult or something i mean really its just meat it taste good too

  15. Eat it... Vegetarianism is not an oath, nor is it a very smart decision.

  16. I'm a vegetarian and the rest of my family eat meat and so it is hard but if you think about it, you know you will regret it later because i'm always thinking about why i am a vegetarian in the first place and how hard i've tried. It will be worth it. But if you do give in, just know that you tried really hard.

The urges are probably from the smell if you used to eat meat before you became vegetarian and you know how it will taste.

    hope this helps...

  17. I've been a vegetarian for a bit over thirty years.  No meat and that includes chicken.  It has been so long that I can't remember why I started.  I'm sixty-one.  My cholesterol is perfect.

When I'm asked why I don't eat meat, I say it is because I hate animals.  It isn't true, of course, but there is some logic to my lie.  Cultivation of farm animals and hunting animals actually forces people to preserve them.  As Rush Limbaugh once said, "If you really want to save the California Condor, make it into a delicacy.  I'm afraid that is probably true.

Vegetarianism requires an almost religious zeal.  There are just too many temptations to make an exception now and them.  Once you start making exceptions, you will risk loosing the dedication.

My main reason for continuing to avoid meat all these years is to eat low on the food chain.  Toxins have a way of collecting at the top of the food chain.  I get enough toxins from all the cigars I smoke without including the toxins that accumulate at the top of the food chain.

  18. your brain is craving protein and you have deprived it and it knows where to get it meat

you should drink a protein shake in the day when you crave and or peanuts

  19. If you choose to not eat meat thats your business, please find some less radical, evil role models than peta though. Those people are nuts. That being said, i think Im gonna go eat a ham sandwich.
