Question:

I'm a vegetarian and i need some more protein, what are some common foods with a lot of protein?

also, is there a certain type of protein. i told my dad that grapenuts cereal has a lot of protein and he said "ask any doctor, that's not the kind you need" is this true? what is? what other than bean buritos and peanut butter will get him off my back about this?

    A protein is a protein, no matter what, so your dad wasn't right about that.
