I'm a15 year old boy with no experience prior to football/soccer, but it is my dream to play for my highschool

Besides from everything that has been send to you in the answers before me, which I completely agree with and those are the things that come first, like getting condition and learning how to read the game. Something that helped me was watching videos of some of the best players. For example to help my dribbling I looked at videos of Ronaldinho and C.Ronaldo. For my short passing I looked at fabregas, ronaldinho. For my long passing Xabi Alonso. For getting around the defenders and finishin Ronaldo, Drogba.

  5. A great place to start is the rules and the fundementals of the game. A great place to start is just ball control and passing drills. Work on dribbling around a set of cones in a zig zag line. Also for ball control work on juggling it is great and passing a bal lto the garae door. It works on your passing by choosing a spot in which you want the ball to hit and then it also works on first touch wihich is the touch that controls the ball after receving a pass or rebound. this is key the ball when you take you first step should not bounce more than about 2 feet away from you. Also working on your shooting and defense. Play with a friend and work on placement while shooting and good form. which is having your chest and knee over the ball and following through landing on the same foot you shot with. Also defense a good defensive postion is when one leg in slightly in front of the other and taking small steps towards the offensive threat. Condioning and being in shape are key too. Running in bursts always helps me and watching pro soccer games. Wactching them gives you a good idea of what you should be doing. Also Try calling your coach or the high school coach and try to schedule a time when you can meet up with him or a player who has been on the team and they can help you with what you need to work on and things like that!   6. you have to run a lot, a good way to build up speed and endurance is when your running you should jog to one telephone pole then sprint to the next the jogg then sprint you should run 1-3 miles a day, you need to do a lot of stretching, then you need to work on foot skills, juggling is a great way to get touches on the ball acutaully one of the best you should juggle 20-30 minutes a day, you should also run while dribbling, fing a wall and make passes and shoots work on cotroling the ball on the rebounds, also drink a lot of water and no soda, water before a game and fruit juice after a game, also before playing eat lots of and bread start eating carbs and drinkin 2 days before the games,

  7. Well there is alot stuff that is easy to pick up, however

    you have to be determinded and perserved. First and formost

    speed is a big human factor in this sport, without it its hard

    to do the big things. A good way to build up speed is, to simply,

    set up two cones one infront of the other, and sprint back and forth for interavls of 1 minute 30 seconds. then rest for 30 seconds and go again, this will help tremendoulsy. Also now you need to work on touch and shott. A good way of praticing is simply kick a ball at a wall and make a little target area on the wall, as you progrees try going further back and make the target bigger,smaller up to yuu.

    Stretch some more. Dribble till it's second nature, carry a

    ball with you where ever you go. Find a stretch of grass

    drop it and dribble. Work on your passing with the first

    available brickwall you can find. The wall is reactive to

    the way you pass and kick to it. Watch the ball return

    trap, set pass it back. Run some more. Do exercises

    keep stretching,dribbling, juggling is for showboats so

    don't waste your time. You are going to have to be in

    SHAPE, so yesterday wasn't early enough to start.
