I'm about 5'5 155lbs. What should I be benching,squatting and deadlifting for reps????

just turned 15 playing jv football, starting fullback and middle linebacker. Believe it I am pretty agressive

  2. i'll give you an example of what i could squat, bench and dead lift at 15

    squat 180kg 6 reps

    bench 100kg 5 reps

    dead lift 160kg 4 reps

    those weights are freakishly heavy by the way the closest to me on each was

    squat 60kg 6 reps

    bench 50 kg 6 reps

    dead lift 40kg 8 reps

    so play it by ear.
