  1. yeah defintly!! just work hard! good luck!

  2. For the 200 meters, more than an entire second is a lot. I don't know if you will be able to lower it by that much because this event requires natural talent but I do believe that you have a great chance at cutting a decent amount of time on your 200 meters with strength training and interval training. Try some ladders, and do 100, 200, 300, 400, 300, 200, 100.

  3. Anything is possible, the sky is the limit. Put on a nice aerodynamic suit like the one superman wears and let the wind take you...

  4. Yes you can if you work hard.  Work on your start, you can def shave off time with that.  Also make sure that you are working on both your sprints and endurance.  Talk to your coach and tell him/her your goals.  Summer workouts are very important to defining your season.

Also eat right and drink a lot of water, dehydration can tighten muscles and make you run slower.

  5. a tip i used 2 get 2 state is dont practice 200

    practice 300's(3)

    so ur not tired

    after that do 220's(5)

only do @ least 1 200 2 keep ur technique

    but trust me

    i improved my time fr a 25.5 2 a 20.2
