Question:

I'm about to go on a 5 mile jog. What should I eat?

I don't want it to make me cramp and it needs to be energizing.

  1. You really should not eat or drink any closer than maybe an hour and a half to a run...

    If you do have that much time then I such eating protein.

    Power bars work for me.

    A banana is a good choice for an AFTER run.


  2. Have a banana and make sure you drink a lot of water so you don't get leg cramps.
