  1. Sounds like you have SPD ( symphysis pubis dysfunction ) talk to your midwife the symptoms are pain in your pubic area you legs back and in between legs , if its hard to turn in bed without feeling pain then this is defo spd , its because your bones in your pelvis are softening ready for you to give birth , also do you hear a clicking sound when you walk or turn over in bed ?

Talk to your midwife she can refer you to physio and you will be given a support belt and maybe crutches if its really bad .

just take care while moving about in bed and getting in and out of the bath . also dont balance to put pants and underwear on sit down and pull them over your feet . also take care while climbing the stairs .

take a hot bath and try not to move , as lil as possible will help ,

    good luck hope this helps

( p.s i have my baby 2 years ago and still have spd , i may have it the rest of my life )

  2. It could be round ligament pain or symphysis pubis dysfunction. read up on both and see what fits.

  3. Sounds like round ligament pain, i had the same thing early in my pregnancy when I would cough/sneeze or anything like that.

  4. Sounds like it could be your ligaments stretching. Its a totally normal part of pregnancy. Some women have it a lot worse then others.

  5. i agree with pumpernickle

  6. oh bless you i had the same problem is just your body making room for your baby to grow its so painfull, try resting, as much as you can maby take a paracetamol , you just have to let it run its course it wont be there forever, try not to lean and bend either or it will make your back worse dnt lift enythin heavy makes it worse.
