I love juice, I don't drink a whole gallon a day or anything, but I just love how it tastes, and it makes me want more. If I don't have juice per day I feel weird, like I want it. I'm probably not addicted I just have gotten into a habit of drinking it and I love it.
How can I get unadicted, will drinking no juice and just water help, and will it make me lose weight?
