because the next day will repeat it self i really can't take this sickening feeling anymore. The person i had feelings for got married to someone and i never got the chance to tell that individual how i felt. Aside from that I'm a failure at school and have no friends. I know it sounds strange but i have no connection with my parents. I talk to myself way too much. And of course I self abuse with alcohol and cutting. help

  1. I feel similar to the way you do about sleep except I dreaded it more than feared it.  I hated the fact that everyone else would just go to bed when they got tired but I was never tired.  It felt like death and that I was going to a grave when I went to bed.

Here's a suggestion for you though.  Instead of going to sleep, when you lay down, fantasize about things that you want.  I know it sounds a little childish, but really...close your eyes and use your imagination and let it take you somewhere else.  If you keep doing that, your dreams will change and you may end up feeling pleasant when you go to bed.

  2. i used to abuse alcohol and drink my a-- off. it made me worse and on top of that i developed bad anxiety. im doing better now but im still pretty f---ed. mail me back and letme know whats going on and how we can help eachotehr

  3. I know of a way to turn your life around 180.

It changed my life and it will change yours if you choose to change.

Persistence and faith are two of the most important personality traits in this. You must do it every day without delaying and you must have faith that your life will change.

Start the omega 3 diet.I have researched omega 3 acids for 2 years and performed a very successful experiment on myself and few of my volunteer friends.Few months of the omega 3 diet i cured my stress[and/or depression] problems permanently and significantly raised my intelligence, improved memory, sight, reflexes[and many other known and unknown benefits]and without any drugs or supplements in the form of pills.

Take two table spoons of grinded flaxseed[rich with omega 3 and cheap]a day[with a glass of water] and in a few months you will start to notice significant improvement in your mental health[you will become more psychologically stable, among other things].Use a coffee grinder.Whole seeds cannot be digested by the hydrochloric acid in our stomach only grinded seeds.A fact and not a assumption. You have nothing to loose only gain by it.There are many articles on the internet about the omega 3.2 years ago before i started the diet i did not feel so stable or happy how i feel today.

Flax is the best source of ALA omega 3 fatty acid which our body converts to more important fatty acids called DHA and EPA.For the efficient conversion to take place, foods containing a large amount of the following nutrients must be consumed along with the flaxseed:C,B3,B6 [vitamins],zink and Magnesium [minerals].I recommend 3 table spoons of flax with 100 grams[or more if to your liking] of almonds and/or 250g of green peas,1 kiwi every day.[do not take more then 3 table spoons of flax because large amounts can cause intestinal gases which can cause abdominal pain and/or constipation. If three spoons causes abdominal discomfort lower the dosage to 2 table spoons of grinded flax and elevate it to 3 table spoons after your body adapts to high fiber content].The flaxseed itself is not important. The omega 3 that are inside them are.

  4. Not helpful but it sounds more like you need to sleep because to sleep is to dream. When you do go to sleep dream something special for me. By the way, what do you want from Yahoo Answers? We can't save you from this. Only you can. Look at the mental health section. It is the same d**n answers repeated over and over. "Get professional help." "Don't kill yourself because you're special!" "We all feel that way sometimes." "Relax." Words here ring hollow as strangers vie for points and honor.
