  1. u can have soy products

  2. Dairy isn't needed at all.  Whole grains, soy, nuts and even veggies have protein.  Just eat a balanced diet.  Google the vegetarian food pyramid or vegan food pyramid.

  3. beans, nuts, soy...

  4. Don't worry about it.  I never do.  I'm a vegan and I never think about my diet except to consider what I feel like eating.  Oddly, I'm still alive.

  5. Enzymes are natural.  Take lactose intolerance enzyme pills.

  6. Just replace milk with soy milk. You need to read up on becoming a vegetarian since there are a lot of whys to get all the protein and calcium you need without using dairy.

  7. soy...

  8. You can make your on milks, ice creams, cheeses etc. and best of all it does not contain animal! Search raw vegan or vegan recipes on the internet and/or go to the book store and find vegan or even raw vegan recipe books. Eating veggies, fruits, nuts and seeds have proteins. Also green juices/smoothies are a great way to get your nutrition! Good luck!

  11. Nuts, spinach and depends on whether or not you wish to eat eggs. After all they're not actually meat, but maybe you're leaning more towards vegan and won't eat it because it's an animal product. But anyway, eat nuts and spinach. Spinach has lots of protein, so eat plenty of that. For what nuts to eat: http://www.highproteinfoods.net/nuts-see...

  12. Protein is found very easily in plant foods.

Bread, pasta, cereal, rice, beans, peas, lentils, nuts, seeds, fruits and veggies can easily offer everything that you need except B12.

All vegetarians should take a B12 supplement regularly since most people eat meat, dairy AND fortified cereals yet still have a B12 status that is lower than recommended.

It may help you if you see proof that vegetarian people have the same potential as anyone else.

  13. you should be more than fine since vegans get enough protein. make sure you eat beans & tofu a few times a day and eat eggs if you want to.

it shouldn't be difficult. i'm vegan and gluten intolerant and i do fine.

  14. Good non-dairy vegetarian sources of protein include:

Almonds, black beans, cashews, fake meats, garbanzo beans (chickpeas), kidney beans, lentils, lima beans, peanut butter, pinto beans, soybeans, soymilk, sunflower seeds, and tofu.

  15. my friend is a vegetarian, and she just takes special vitamins that contain a lot of protein, calcium, and iron.

because you're also allergic to dairy, you'll also need the calcium, not just protein.

before you do anything, consult a dietitian, or your gp (who will most likely get you to go to a dietitian)

    god bless,

    i hope this helps!
