  1. What kind of tablets do you have? I switch back and forth from allegra(fexofenadine) and zyrtec(cetirizine). Claritin(Loratadine) does not work for me at all, but maybe for you. Try a different type than you already use today, preferable something non drowsy. So then at least you can find out before tomorrow if it may help. Good luck, hope you have fun tomorrow!

  2. Use a nasal spray for allergies they sell at the drug store.  Ask the pharmacist which would work best for you.  also never use tissues when you have allergies, the small particles can actually make you feel worst.  Instead use a handkerchief.  Try Claritin, if it doesn't touch you try Zycam.  I love this med.

  3. Take 1 Claritin a day and it'll soon go away, amazing stuff.

It's quite expensive so there is a cheaper Tesco equivalent that works just as well get Loratadine tablets and they'll work to as this is what is in Caritin.

    Cleared mine up a treat.

If you already take these then i don't know what to suggest, sorry.

  4. You may try cetirizine, loratadine. or fexofenadine depending on what tablets you have now. If you can get a fluticasone spray otc over there, that may help also.
