I found out through a blood test that I'm allergic to navy beans. Should I avoid all beans, or just navy beans?

  1. Well go back to where you got your blood test taken from, then ask for the results of what you're allergic to.

    If you can't get the results, then try a small amount of each beans with someone who is ready to dial 999 just incase.
