Look up &quot;vegan macrobiotic diet&quot;.  The macrobiotic diet usually avoids nightshades (eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, etc.) and a vegan version cuts out the meats and eggs.

I wouldn&#039;t personally recommend living on a macrobiotic diet, but you may find recipes that interest you.
