i didnt start producing sperm until i was in my late 14 ... but now im an oax ,,, i do it 8 times a day and each hit is better than the other .. so i gess its normall but you should see a doctor

You don't know if you have sperm or not! You most likely do but only a lab test can determine that using a microscope and a smear test. Also, if you are 15 you should know the difference between sperm and s***n. Look it up!

If you are showing no signs of puberty [hair, penile growth, deepening voice, etc] at 16 you need to see an endocrinologist, who can kick start you with some hormones.

If your sense of smell is weak or absent be certain to mention that.

However, if you were not well fed during your youth, or suffered privation, that can slow puberty.

You have been probably exposed to radiation that is making you infertile.  Maybe you are a late bloomer.

If you have s***n how do you know that there are no sperm?

You said that you don't have s***n or o****m.  I am surprised that you don't reach o****m when you m********e.  I could o****m at 7 years old, of course there was no ejaculate.  Are you on any medications - like anti-depressants- that would make it difficult to reach o****m?  Do you m********e to try to reach o****m?

If you can't reach an o****m through masturbation then I truly don't know what to suggest other than a visit to the doctor.

He says he doesn't have s***n.  And s***n and sperm are not the same thing at all, they're produced in different parts of the male anatomy.  You can c u m without producing sperm.
