I'm almost turning 15 in 4 days & need a job asap.?

Question

I'm barely turning 15, but I really need money at times like this. I'm both ROTC & FFA & I'm very involved into school activies but need to get my own way of earning money. I think that we have to be 16 to get a work permit so I won't get that till next year. I live in the Salinas area, (93906) & wondering what jobs might be available.

some places will allow you to work at age 15

have the same problem most jobs are 16 plus but any relatives that own or work for a company can probably get u a job. that's what i do.

publix hires 14 and older

Local Shops hire at 15. :)

i'm 15 and a half...

seems like most jobs are 16+.

maybe ten jobs around me are 15 and a half plus.

the only jobs i've heard of around me thatd hire 15 are cleaning up at a pool or picking up garbage all summer...

so what i'm trying to say is that it's going to be hard. good luck, though.
