  1. Don't take the chance, write the paper.  Better safe then sorry.

  2. OK for what? Not for a decent grad school or job with that kind of grade.

  3. Write it. Besides, just sliding by is wasting all your/your parents money and you might just learn something.

  4. um...yes. You NOT writing it might make you fall even further and then you won't pass the class. If that's really your goal, to graduate with a D, all you need to do is write a D grade paper. And that's a pretty bad paper. We're talking unfocused, with spelling errors and everything. You could do that in like 10 minutes, seriously. I would personally take this one very seriously if I had a D in a class.

  5. Yes, write it. It's good insurance since you are a fairly low percentage anyway. I'd just do it.

If you weren't focusing so much on your dancing career, I know you'd have an A+. Good luck!

  6. Just write the paper! You never know if you might fail or not. You're on borderline fail. Your paper might be only 100pts, but final papers make a big impact on your overall grade. Like the first person said, it's better to be safe than sorry.

  7. When you average in the zero with your 61%, what do you get?  You should write it, you can only do better than the 61% probably, and you may want to reconsider your attitude because employers look at it when they consider who to hire.  If I was hiring and I heard you were satisfied not finishing a job you were assigned, I'd find somebody else to fill the position.  Sometimes people do call around to find out, and you never know who they might know, even your professor.
