Yes - just sign her up for an account and different email address.

Yep, just sign her up with a new yahoo mail account, (yahoo.com, ymail.com rocketmail.com...etc) and she can sign into the Answers network.

Yes she will need her own email account though, Yahoo mail is fine.

If you don't want to mess about loggin in and out all the time it's easiest if you use different browsers eg if you use internet explorere she could use firefox or opera.

You (or she) would have to logout from Yahoo so that the other could login with their ID.

There is a Firefox extension  called Cookieswap,

for use with the Firefox browser which allows several user ID's without the logout/login ritual.
