I don't know why, but when something bad happens, I'm always blaming myself, and thinking of reasons how I caused this. I sometimes think of thoughts that it isn't my fault, but I still feel guilty? How can I overcome this? What's causing this?

  1. it might be something in the past that was bugging you or caused you to feel this,

maybe like if you got in trouble one tme, or got blamed for something you didnt do, and started to think you were the one who really did do it, or sumthing

  2. Please just try to not be so hard on yourself and try to think of good things that you cause! Nobody causes bad things all the time and most of what you are blaming yourself for is just life and not your fault.Lighten up!:):) You will be fine.!Hang in there. There is not a problem with you you just have to learn to except yourself.:):):):) Good Luck.I hope i have helped you. That what keeps me going s knowing that I'm helping someone. it makes you feel better about yourself.

  3. maybe there is something that happened when u were younger that is causing u too have these feeling about things

maybe see a shrink[seriously] and talk to them and maybe they can find the source of your guilt

    good luck 8)
