  1. This is because when you sleep, you already heat yourself up with all the blankets and so forth, and so your body feels like it doesn't need to heat itself up. Once you wake up, you're out of all the heat generated by the blankets, your body takes some time to get used to the cold again, and heat itself up. Try not to sleep with so many blankets, and wash your hands and face with warm water when you wake up. (:

  2. I do the same exact thing. You are probably skinny right? See, people with less fat on their bodies are always colder. So, once we are up and moving, our blood gets pumping and we get used to the colder atmosphere. With all the blankets on our beds, we are used to the warmness, so when that changes drastically when we get up, we must adjust. Our blood needs to get pumping again, as it was resting when we slept. My advice is to have a zip up hoodie by your side all the time. When you get up, put it on and go to school/work like that. Then, once you warm up, take it off. Kind of a hassle but there really isn't anything else you can do. It sucks, but I am sure you will get through it.

    Good Luck!!

  3. Wear cotton athletic socks to bed, t-shirt & sweatshirt.
