I'm always really jealous! How do I fix this?

Question

examples:

When I like a guy and he talks to other girls.

When a (girl)friend of mine talks to guys, and is like all buddy buddy with them and im not, the guy hardly notices me.

and stuff like that, just with like friends and guys.

I Hate Hate Hate always being jealous, because its making my life so miserable...

...Help?

I agree with Matt completely when he tells you that you need to do some soul searching.

Jealousy usually stems from low self esteem, however, it's not always the case. There IS a reason for jealousy (which could, yes, be the cause of a lot of lost relationships; friends, family, lovers) So really look into yourself, maybe even talk to a therapist?

I hope you resolve this because I have also lost a lot of people due to jealousy and I understand your emotions completely.

You have already identified the problem. You should read a few books on jealousy or controlling another person. You will find if you don't get over these tendencies, you will always have problems in your life with your boyfriend, husband, friends and relatives. You will always be miserable. It's a control thing. You think you can control other people and you can't. Good luck.

I'm also like that with my girlfriend. I lost a relationship with the girl of my dreams after 2 years because of jealousy. Its something that will ruin everything if not kept under control. All it takes is some soul searching and alot of thinking on why you do that. If you let it keep being that way and dont try to stop or get it under control, you will lose friends.....loves...and more.

my gf has that problem i dont have any guy friends i have like 2 but most of my friends are girls and i hang out with them alot she always gets mad when i do but she stopped being so jealous cuz she realized she doesnt own me that other people can be my friends without me dumping her
