  1. I always say. Get drastic. So that you can get your mind off the usual routine. Get a hair cut, something drastic, different color, different cut, join a gym, go to the movies, take short trips often, keep busy. Your mind can make you think crazy things if you just sit around and think too much. Maybe your thinking too much. Get busy! Good Luck!

  2. i think i know what the prob is :) how can you feel happiness if from the question itself, it's ALL negative ;)

there are lot of ways to make you feel better:

    1) learn to love yourself

    2) mingle with your friends; help those in need

    3) value the people you love :) (dont take them for granted)

    4) list down at least 50 things/people that makes you happy

after doing those things, for sure you'll  put a smile on your face.

and remember, smiling is the second best thing we could do with our lips. lastly, happiness is a CHOICE so CHOOSE to be HAPPY :)

  3. Not sure of your situation, but try re-inventing yourself.  Time heals all pain, but sometimes a new hair style, new make-up, ect. makes you feel better on the outside, and help with the inside as well.  Good luck.

  4. It all depends what's really bothering you.  Some people can think that their life sucks but when they see how much others suffer, then they realize that life ain't so bad afterall!  So you might want to try volunteering your time (if you have free time) to a homeless shelter now and again to see what it's like to live like that.  If you don't have the time, then try to find something in your daily life to be thankful for.  No matter how bad things are, I'm sure you can find at least one thing in your life that is going good, even if it's just that some random stranger smiled at you! :-)  The person doesn't have to be good-looking, but it just indicates that you are okay in the world if someone smiled at you.

Take things one day at a time.  Try to get out into the sunlight every now and again because that sometimes will help lift your spirits--something about the Vitamin D, I think.  I can't remember.  Try to avoid being in the dark becasue that incites depression, which you don't want.  Most of all, just wake up daily, look yourself in the mirror, and remind yourself that you are a wonderful human being.

  5. Go out with friends, read a book, ect..

    good luck!
