i work hard but don't feel i should be this tired, oh and please don't say energy drink

  1. try eating more, exercising more, and drinking green tea. try to do things that would increase your metabolism. oh and get 8-9 hours of sleep every day (or more if you need it)

Take a good quality Multi-Vitamin daily.  Eat healthy, get proper amount of sleep, start exercising a little at a time & gradually increase intensity.  Try to limit intake of starchy foods like bread, potatoes, rice, pasta.  Increase intake of fruits & vegetables & drink plenty of water. Meat needs to be baked, broiled or boiled - never fried.  Fried foods will clog your plumbing.  Try to limit stress & anxiety in your daily life - that will drain your energy big time.  I know it's easier said than done - but when it comes to your health - you need to limit the stress & anxiety somehow, some way.  Good luck.
