Even things like studying or getting motivated are becoming harder because my lack of energy is making me mentally tired.

  1. Try to take more time out from activities to give yourself time to recharge your batteries. Do some restful activities like listening to music, browsing a book or net - anything which shuts your mind down from having to actively engage itself. Regulate a better sleeping pattern & try to wind down at least 1 hour before bedtime. Take some you time. Don't let the world keep you running like in a race all the time.

You obviously have to keep up with studies but it is just as important to take a good breather now and again. Best wishes. UK

  2. Sleep more, and take Magnesium pills, they really helped when i was always tired.
