I'm always tired! What do I do?

I get at least 8 hours of sleep each night, I don't really do much strenuous work to make me this tired. I don't understand why I'm constantly so tired. Like you know how you feel when you just wake up, that's how I feel all day.

  1. I would take a pregnancy test if you are female. Try to take a nap maybe .

  2. Have you been to the doctor? It could be related to your iron levels or any number of mild but manageable issues.  If your diet is good with lots of well balanced natural foods, you exercise and get 8 hours sleep a night you shouldn't feel this tired all the time.  Check it out, what harm can it do to get a professional to look at you. Hope this helps

  3. Try taking a nap during the day, and try exercising more, and eating healthier. Also, try to stay less stressed.

  4. try drinking coffee

  5. Maybe its lack of energy. Sometimes our bodies confuse lack of energy with tiredness i know this because my mom had the same problem and a doctor told her to exercise and she did and she feels better now. awkward i know but if it worked for her why not try it you have nothing to lose.
