Question:

I'm always very cold?

For some reason I'm always so cold and here in Australia it's winter so this is a big problem. While the heater is up to 22C and I am wearing multiple layers and my family are saying that it's too warm, I'm freezing! I have pretty much no body fat and have naturally very low blood pressure so I think that's contributing. I'm not anemic and have no vitamin deficiencies (I take multi vitamins, blood tests have confirmed it) but I'm always freezing! Is there anything I can do to help this problem, something I can eat more of or something (I'm a vegetarian by the way) or anything I can do? I already wear so many layers but I never seem to get very warm at all? Any help would be appriciated.
