What is the procedure?

Which are the forms that I should be looking at?

I was given this address by the consulate: http://www.immi.gov.au/

But it seemed a bit too vast, I don't really know what I meant to be look for on it.

  1. Contact the Embassy of where your wife is from, example: if your wife was from the US, you would contact the U.S Embassy in Australia, and I believe Acyla is right, your wife might have to live in Australia for 3 years, plus she may have to work in Australia for a few years. Contact Embassy for information.

    hope I helped! :)

  2. Australia grants passports to Australian citizens, considering what you have said your wife to be does not fall into this category.

You should be looking at an Australian passport for yourself (see link) but your wife should be getting the passport of her nationality.

What the consulate gave you was the website for immigration for your wife. If she wants to come to Australia she will need to fill out an form for a visa (I suggest spousal for her if she will be married to you see second link).

Australia does not allow automatic citizenship via marriage. I'm afraid she'll have to live in Australia for at least 3 years (as a spouse of an Australian) before she will qualify for it.
